It was BD anti tracker that had been installed but it wasn't activated. I dont know if some of it was running in the back ground. But when i didn't install it all worked fine. I dont want to re install it to check if it was the problem just happy its working.

Hi guys. Thanks for all the helpful comments. I figured it out. I reset all my settings for chrome and it is working. I have noticed bitdefender put an extension in chrome so I didn't reinstall that extension and it's all working as before. Thanks again.
