  • Hi again, I renamed the file name for the Vundo Fix, ran it in safe mode and it still did not detect the infected files. I was able to run BitDefender in safe mode and it detected and deleted many of the infected files. These are the ones that cannot be deleted: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ddayv.dll…

  • Try renaming the files and then restart and try to delete them after that. If it doesn't work please post a bitdefender scan log and the infected files(if you can copy them); Thank you! I will try that. I am at work all day, so I'll have to try this when I get home this evening.
