FYI I have the exact same problem as mentioned earlier in this thread. I have Win XP 32 bit and the latest BitDefender 2009. It is clearly related to BitDefender 2009. I also found as mentioned earlier in this thread that if Windows Live Messenger (the latest MS version) is disabled I do not get the DW20.exe shutdown…
