I still cant scan. Uninstalled and reinstalled about 3 times now. Still nothing. Don't have nero on my system. What else can I try?

Hello nanna, Please let us know if you updated BitDefender to the latest Build Version, 13.0.20.347. In order to find out please right click on the BitDefender icon from the system tray, choose About and let us know if you are seeing this Build under Product Information. Thank you.
