  • Okay so I ran the uninstallation tool then reinstalled and got the same error, I'll try running it again in safe mode one last time. If it doesn't work then I am absolutely clueless.
  • I'm not sure as it's an employees laptop and he couldn't answer these questions, should I run the uninstallation utility posted in these forums to remove any trace of an old installation if present? Also I can't find any registry utilities, so I'm gonna say no to that.
