  • Hi Oleballcoach2, 1. Double click on the BitDefender's icon to open the Security Center. 2. Switch to 'Expert Mode' from the 'Settings' button. 3. Go to the UPDATE tab. 4. Click on 'Update Now' button 5. Make a screenshot of the error you receive when you try to update. Looking forward to your answer!
