The xml file copied and pasted worked fine in my windows 10 laptop. This is home version of win 10 and the file structure is different than I have been reading. I used program files/bitdefender/bitdefender device management/settings/LGKC. Worked right away after stuffing the file, turning off safe mode and re-booting.
