  • Cris, I assume that uninstalling effectively returns the key to Bit Defender. If so, then I assume you must be conected to the internet to successfully do this. dan
  • Never mind, found the solution. In Outlook 2007, go to Help Menu, select "Diabled Items...", find the BD add-in, select it, then click "Enable". Close and then restart Oulook and the BD Anti-Spam toolbar should appear. (This time, no problem.) Dan
