I'm having the same issue. My Devices show 3/3, when I only have 2 installed. If I try to install on a 3rd computer it asks me to buy. I've been back and forth with customer service in emails for a week. I used the uninstall tool and still same issue. ticket: 2015112801490001 Any update? its been 12 days.
