  • ok I finally got through to both digitalriver and bitdefender. they just cancelled my order. I think they are bombarded with the same requests. I liked bitdefender but telling me I'll get billed and autorenewed without first asking me if I want to, just made me so angry I'd rather use another AV this is just unethical.…

  • I too got ripped!! I logged 2 requests at findmyorder they never replied and still got billed I already contacted bitdefender support but NO REPLY this is totally outrageous! could a bitdefender staff PLEASE reply! thank you regards
