My problem is that it says it's clean after the scan. But upon inspection of the advanced detail scan summary, I could see that the files were skipped.

Thanks for the reply. These definitely weren't password protected. They were just skins that I downloaded from online for a media player application. It's funny you mentioned the dialog box regarding skipping password protected files. I read that for the first time yesterday and had no idea what they were referring to.…
