I went and created a forum account just now because I'm having this same issue. BD is blocking all my sites at about a 80% frequency. Also I got the issue earlier today that rOB300 described with my homepage giving me Chinese looking cuneiform lettering all down the page. Strange stuff. Win 7 64bit home premium
