Log back in to the my.bitdefender.com portal. In the upper right, click your email and then My Subscriptions. You should be able to see your valid license key. You can copy that over and paste in the Central website. This is what i get on the My Subscriptions page in my.bitdefender.com portal (see attachment)

I also have a subscription to 2015 Total Security Multi-Device that was just automatically attached to my my.bitdefender.com account when I purchased it. I never received a license key. When I log into Bitdefender Central, there is nothing listed under subscriptions. How do I upgrade to the new versions?
