  • I see nothing has happened since my last post in February...and I still get the same message each morning when I look at scan results...perhaps BD should go back to the 2009 version which didn't have this problem and start over with whatever upgrades were put in for the 2010 version...as before, the error still does not…
  • I see that many people are having this problem...I note for all of you that almost always when a scheduled scan starts this box comes up immediately...no other scan is ever running when this happens. I don't think it is affecting the scans...it seems to me it is a software glitch that hopefully BD will eventually fix.
