Thanks, Christian. I downloaded Bitdefender 2013 and that seems to have solved the problem. However, I am now finding with the new product that very often when it downloads antivirus updates it requires a reboot - this hardly ever happened with 2012. Frustrating, but as long as everything else works the way it should I can…
