My BD does't open at all. Am I completely F***ed?
C:\ProgramData\BitDefender\Desktop\Quarantine Good Luck... you must know where to move... Many thanks. Anyways I went there and I just have BDQ files and XML Docs. I thought I was actually suppose to have files in there?
Where is the folder with all the quarantine files?
I tried to install the new update but I get an error '1652'. Thanks BD
Herman, you need to chill. ANY & ALL antivirus software & antimalware tools can have a false positive! There's an option for all of them to allow the user to check the files to be sure first for a reason! No he doesn't need to chill. He's 100% correct.
The problem is only affecting users of the x64 versions of BitDefender. A fix will be delivered via automatic updates as soon as possible. Please disable the real time scanning feature until further notice. We are sorry for the inconvenience. How can I update it when Bitdefender won't even start???
I cannot believe this is the second time this year BD has screwed something up for me. First it was their toolbar. Now its this mess. I came to this thread too late now I cannot boot my laptop thanks to BD's **** up. Win 7 64 bit, just like so many others here.
