For the MacFree version, BitDefender does not have an option to connect to the hub. It works without access. You can manually access the BitDefender Center by going to Central.bitdefender.com.

I've contacted the support, but of course, all they can do (and maybe all they know) is to ask for logs and print screens "of the problem"
