Hi KJM, and Welcome Another possible solution would be the next one: go to the BitDefender installation directory- C:\Program Files\Softwin\BitDefender10-find the file Bdpredir.sys and rename it with Bdpredir_old.sys-then find the file Bdpredir.dll and rename with Bdpredir_old.dll-reboot computer and try to update your AV.…
