i did a total system restore and ran a new bd install, worked great i think the issue was that norton was not totally uninstalled after i did a system restore, i ran the norton uninstaller, then rebooted twice, then ran the bitdefender installer, all okay

appears same here i looked in the events area and also changed all to read, but the tray icon still says there are issues how can i find what the issues are? thanks

i had to change the network to a "Trusted" network, not "Public", and then it worked
