Looks like bitdefender might be the 'best' but everything else regarding it is totally useless. I will give it another week before asking for a refund. What a complete waste of time.

Hello Yes, this behavior is normal. This file is created by our product in that location. Don't' worry about it. Take care. Still exists a year later? This is very dissaponiting... a year and a half is more than enough time to fix this
