I agree completey. There should be a settings backup. I am replacing my wifes laptop and reconfiguring BitDefender, unless you do it on a regular basis, is really difficult. We are looking at a Sonic Wall and/or another anti-Virus product. When my family subscription will not be removed because of the lack of backup.
