I am now having the same issue on my Dell Laptop. It is running Windows Vista 32bit. I have ran both patches and enabled/disabled the user accounts as instructed in the instructions. I am wondering maybe if a complete reinstall with the latest version of Total Security 2009 would do anything for me.
