  • No responses and no emails. Just because you ignore a problem doesn't make it go away. If you are not going to even attempt to help, who do I see about a refund? I did see on the purchase order you need to attempt to have the problem resolved before you will be refunded, is this how you get around refunds? Just don't reply…
