I'm only a noob myself, but I might have a good idea for you... Have you tried uninstalling BD, then installing IE7 and updating it, restart the computer then reinstall BD.. I imagine it has something to do with IE7's built-in phishing filter, and BD's phishing filter. (the BD installation would include some deactivation…
