Hello I'm having the same problem but it didn't fix when I ran the repair. I've reinstalled/re-downloaded the software a number of times and it still greys out, I have to fully uninstall the software in order to activate alternative antivirus. OS: Windows 10, 64-bit Product: Bitdefender Total Security 2016 Thanks!
