I have the same problem. Can't enable BD firewall. Error message ..can't communicate with BD virus shield service. I use BD Technical support but counld resolve the problem. When using the Uninstall Tool, it fails when trying to delete main BD registry files. On tryng to reinstall Internet Security 2009, the same problem…
