I have the same issue, have uninstalled and reinstalled about 5 times now. Still have 142 days left on my license. Update doesn't fully download either e.g Total: 501.2 kB Downloaded 0.7 kB yet when I look on events it says update succeeded. I often wish I could get a refund and perhaps install Norton or Kaperski etc.…
