I have tested this and Bitdefender is the cause. I did a total machine rebuild. Used the machine for about a week without Bitdefender installed and had no issue. As soon as I installed Bitdefender the problem appeared immediately. Can anyone suggest how I disable this? I use Balloon Tips a lot. Machine is running Windows…
