I opened a ticket with technical support, which is now closed. Basically, the support guy just kept insisting that nothing was wrong. If it's not updating, it doesn't need to. Don't worry. Is there any news on this issue? Your tech support guy is trying to tell me nothing is wrong! Are you now only releasing updates every 48 hours, then? I have 1300 days left on my account, so I'm reluctant to uninstall Bitdefender and buy another security solution. How about a refund, if you're not going to fix it?

Isn't it time this issue was taken a bit more seriously? An antivirus that doesn't update isn't a great deal of use.....

I have the same problem. No automatic updates, and I'm unable to update manually. I have a support ticket open, waiting to hear back.
