  • 1- run it as administrator . 2- if it doesnt help, try on safe mode too . 3- finally try last version of bt uninstaller tool in the name of ( Bitdefender_2017_UninstallTool) download it from address below https://www.bitdefender.com/uninstall/ i hope this help.

  • this is my problem too OS: version 1703, build 15063.138 and also when i press start VSSERV on taskmanager>services BD2017 works fine, but only for 10 or 15 sec vsserv stops again. Look at these three pictures may can help you solve our problem
