  • here are the files which were in the quarantine folder, but i am having problems with creating the keenfinder exe as a cfs ****** file, do i type into the body of wordpad, i dont get the option to save it as a cfs.here is file 1 and 2

  • agh the attachment never worked, but basically all i has in my lock box which was password protected was a load of drivers from uniblue driver manager so they were not rootkits.

  • my friend also got this infection and we ran smithfraudfix in safe mode and it got rid of it, he had AVG free on and was on internet explorer
  • resolved, had to deep clean of registry, and install the latest installation kit, whicj i thought i had but obviously never. Thanks to bit defender live support

  • anti phishing is blocking every pop up box even the live assistance box on the bit dfendr website saying it is unsafe, and the anti phishing box that pops up is so fast you cannot read it, this is on vista home premium
