Hello, my family subscription expires in 7 days. Due to inability to fix major issue (battery drain on mobile) I will probably will not prolong subscription. Sadly we cannot get any eta for the fix.

I believe this issues has CRITICAL severity, sadly there are no info when we can expect update with fix :(

I experience the same issue on Mobile Security (iPhone 13 Pro and 11 + iPad 11 Pro). Battery usage circa 30%. Still not fixed 18.09.2022. Web Protection is on on every device. When can we expect fix? Currently had to uninstall apps on every device due to massive battery drain. Regards
