I have the same situation and sent mail to support with log and screenshot but I have a question. If it is licence for 3 pcs I have to uninstall BIS 2015 on every pc or only where I want Bitdefender 2016? 2 PC BIS 2016 1PC 2015 etc? or must be 3PC BIS 2016?
