  • Hi win465 Try this, open up Safepay, go to the upper right hand corner and there should be a gear icon, click on it, and it should open up a Settings window.   • You have to uninstall BD 2013 using the proper tool, then use CCleaner (it's free) to clean the registry, restart and use BD 2014 (for same product e.g. AV, IS, TS) installer provided by BD. Regards! Awesome thanks for the help.
