try using Tcpview to disconnect the connection, its free program from microsoft is it normal to disconnect my connection every time I watch a video!!!!!!!!!! at all thanks for your help .. hope to hear from technical support.

Disable it. It's redundant. And ir could confuse your system when you add/delete firewall rules. Thank you I repaired it and it looks solved the issue but I got another one as mentioned above

The Windows Firewall should be OFF. Sometimes the Action Center miss reports the true status. You could try running "Repair" for Bitdefender, or, just manually shut down the Windows Firewall .
