I actually remember this being a problem a couple of years ago in an earlier version of Bitdefender and the solution was to turn off the "Block port scans in the network" option. Also having this problem. It started after I restarted computer to update Bitdefender on Monday. Any kind of high network traffic causes excessive CPU usage. Running Windows 10 Pro x64.
