Reinstall BD and you should be fine.Before reinstalling uninstall/turn off any other security software. Uninstall from Add/Remove ,restart,use BD Uninstall Tool,restart,reinstall/repair Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable,install BD and update it . Good Luck!
