I finally got through to customer support, they told me when I want to download Yahoo attachments, change my Anti Virus settings from Default to Permissive. =/ Wasn't much help at all.

I'm having the same problem. I thought it was just with Adobe .PDF files but I guess its all Yahoo attachments. I tried what others have said and still does not work. I've been on hold with Bitdefender for the past 20 mins, and 20 mins before that, was a busy signal.

Did you try to right click on the file and Save as.. ?@ Yep, tried that. Still does not work.

Do you have a e-mail client or it's just webmail ? Webmail. I thought maybe it was the anti-phishing that was blocking it. But when I turned that off, it would still do the same thing. I'm using Firefox if that makes any difference. This never happened before I installed Bitdefender, but after I installed it, I can't open…

Do you still have problems ? The weird thing is, when I scanned again, it never found the viruses it scanned and couldn't delete the first time. After running the combo fix, it deleted a lot of items. What did the Combofix do that Bitdefender couldn't? Thanks for the help.

Strangely, when I scanned again, all the previous viruses that it detected are gone. I tried doing what you said with the combo fix but it doesn't do anything. So does that mean the viruses are gone? Or are they just hiding very well? Haha.

Yes, that's correct. I scanned and tried to quarantine, but it would not let me. I tried deleting them, still would not let me. Had no choice but to leave them alone.
