Update to MacOS 10.15.6 full scanning is extremely slow scanning on version 8.1.6.3
A normal full scan would normally take about 5 minutes on my Late 2016 MBP. Since the MacOS upgrade the scan is only about 40% complete and has been running for 25 hours.
