2010 Support
Why won't anyone return my emails? 4 bug reports have been sent, 6 emails and only one reply (ticket ID:200911181008392 and it was a canned response). I called the help number and the person said I needed to email with my problems. What is up with this support system? jkuderer@yahoo.com
