false protection
After numerous attempts trying to install and update a new modem, I finally discovered that it was BD that was blocking access and had to bypass the warnings. The site is 192.168.100.1. I did try to enter a rule per instructions but that didn't help. Can't BD default to allowing access from wired computer?
