Surpisingly Bitdefender Missed This One
A file called nissan.exe along with a file named desktop.ini were residing within the recycler of my system drive but bitdefender failed to pick it up either on a resident scan or a deep scan. Malwarebytes and avg free picked it up though I later found these details on the same here…
