  Is it an x64 or ARM64 system? What version of Windows 11 is it running? Did the Windows Defender Offline Scan (equivalent to the Rescue Environment scan) work before Bitdefender was installed?

  You don't need to disable or uninstall Bitdefender when upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

  An update has been released to resolve this issue, build 27.0.49.250.

  As stated in the Antivirus module card description (Real-time Protection), these settings affect only real-time scanning.
