@Alexandru_BD and @agozob can you have the latest released version checked? There is a bug that does not keep web protection active after each restart of the smartphone. Thanks!
-
After the last update when the phone is turned on or restarted, web protection remains deactivated even on subsequent restarts. You have to reactivate it every time you turn it on. Fix the bug.

No, Avast Free it has the same features as Bitdefender Plus, it also has the basic firewall. Take a closer look and compare on a PC. Thanks.

@camarie hi, I don't use Norton, but I used Avast Free which has more or less the same number of active processes on the PC and the free version also has more active tools than BD Free or BD Plus (e.g. the firewall) but in total RAM consumption is around 60/70 Mb at most compared to 300/400 Mb of BD on my PC... So…

Yes, in fact, it's time for Bitdefender to implement it too, now all the other AVs have already had this function for some time.
-
I It should all be stated in the privacy statements.

Read the information on privacy for detail 😉

This function is already present, and it is "safe search" only that with Chrome you have to make a change in the browser to activate this function. Otherwise you can install the "Traffic light" extension also from Bitdefender which will display the icon that indicates whether a link is safe or not safe in Google searches.

It's just a shame that during the update the Windows notification appears warning you that the device is not safe, when in reality this is not the case because the basic security components of Bitedefender remain active during the update. This Windows notification sends users into "panic", especially the less experienced…

Yes I watched the race. It was beautiful but nothing spectacular, it was a calm race and well managed by everyone. Very good Norris. However, Ferrari is very competitive and everything is still at stake.
-
I concord with @Scott 👍

Hello, the IP 152.89.198.241 has a low detection impact, so it could also be a false positive: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/ip-address/152.89.198.241 It could also be a legitimate app attempting a legitimate connection and BD blocking it. Try reporting it here for verification:

Yes! Go go Ferrari with Bitdefender!

Next GP of Imola. New setting of Ferrari 2.0:

Hi @pete.goss you can follow the following instructions, they also apply to the free version:

I concorde with you!

HI, have you tried changing the drive letter? https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/storage/disk-management/change-a-drive-letter
-
Thanks @agozob was what I imagined, how AAD would behave. Show! 😀 An excellent level of protection and I believe it is currently the only one on the other mobile AV market. Thanks for the very detailed information.😉
-
@camarie if possible, as you have already written, give priority to the performances to be improved and also to the recognition of USB drives with the "always ask" antivirus scan setting. Thanks! 😉
-
@Alexandru_BD and @camarie thanks very much! 😉💯
-
Problem solved for me.
-
Great race and great performance by Ferrari!
-
It would have been interesting to test this when it turned out that no AVs had signatures
-
@agozob news??

@Scott you're right about second level ransoware protection, it's certainly a corporate choice but they could include it given that direct competing free AVs have included them. In my opinion, it would be useful to push more users to choose Bitdefender Free instead of others and then possibly switch to the paid version to…
