Hi everyone, I'm new here but not new to Bitedefender. I've been using it for a few years without issue and I like it a lot, but I now have an issue that I hope someone can help me with. I've just a new Dell laptop. Bitedefender itself has loaded and configured okay without a hitch. VPN though is a different story and I've searched high and low for a remedy. It is simply this...it freezes on being configured. It says, "Bitedefender VPN is configuring..." That's it. I've tried a dozen times and last time I let it run for just under an hour. An hour!! No success. I have other computers, all Dell and I've not experienced this before. I'm running Windows Pro and have oodles of memory. Please!! I hope someone can assist me. Regards to all. Roo53 PS...Are we able to contact Bitedefender direct? I've not been able to find any contact particulars for support.
