  • J'ai le même problème, j'ai bien effacé mon Norton IS avec le programme spécial et quand je lance l'install de BitDefender IS 2009, j'ai le message d'erreur: "An error occured installing the package. Windows installer returned '1601'" Ma config. :Acer amd Athlon 3500+ 2.21Ghz ram:448Mo WinXp sp3 Merci de nous aider ;-)
