Here to report the same issue as those above. Removing and reinstalling has not fixed the issue; in fact it appears to have exacerbated this issue, at least on my device. While I recognize technical problems arise, it is entirely unacceptable the issue(s) persist. This isn't freeware. So far the service I have paid for is…
