  • You're welcome. If you do decide to accept BD offer, after you pay, go back into your Avangate account and check the auto renewal again. It resets itself to on every time you renew your subscription.

  • Hi...When purchasing from Avangate, auto renewal is set by default. To cancel auto renewal you must open an Avangate account and uncheck the box. You must do this every time you renew your BD subscription. To solve your current problem you can try sending an email to bitsy@bitdefender.com
