Add me to the list with the problem. Followed the steps to add the fake cert, still no access. Many of my local devices with local certs are being blocked. Temp solution just to access my devices (which is unsafe) for Total Security 2019: >> Protection > Online Threat Prevention > Encrypted web scan = Uncheck. Having a very similar problem. (pardon the partial hijack) My router and some local devices using SSL are being blocked by Bitdefender Total Security 2019 likely due to the Certificates. I have added their IP addresses to the "Exceptions".
