What I do if suspect that CDPSvc was hijacked?

I was try to Stop and Disable the CDPSvc process, and I succeed to Stop it for this session, but not to Disable it, and I saw that is protected by a password and I cannot do anything to workaround that. This lead me to some research (https://itm4n.github.io/cdpsvc-dll-hijacking/#cdpsvc-dll-hijacking) which leads me to conclusion that my CDPSvc was hijacked by someone which intends to exploit a shadow connection with my Laptop. To resolve this is far beyond my capability. What shall I do?
